Can I make my assessment payments electronically?
IHA can accommodate Venmo electronic payments. See the Members tab for Venmo payment instructions.
Where can I get a Directory of Members?
So that we can protect personal information, please contact the Board Secretary or Membership director and they will provide a hard copy or email you a Member Directory. You can currently view member seniority by address, facility assignments, and make IHA payments via the website.
How do I get access to the lakefront park?
Call or email Edie Kenneth or Annette Honquest for the gate lock combination, as well as a set of backup keys.
When are IHA Board meetings, and are the minutes available on the website?
In addition to the annual IHA Members Meeting in July, Board meetings are typically held monthly, March to November, with extra meetings on an as-needed basis. Upcoming board meetings and agendas will typically be listed on the "Announcements" page. All Board minutes are usually emailed to members within a month of the respective meeting. Directors' reports or other collateral documents are available upon request of the Board Secretary, via email.
How can I stay current with announcements or social events?
In addition to emails to the membership, any important notice will be included on the "Announcements" page, so please check that frequently.
I'm new to Indian Hills and Fontana, what about municipal services?
Check out the "Village of Fontana" page for things like garbage pick-up, municipal beach and parking passes, announcements, etc.
I might need a plumber, landscaper, or charter boat skipper. Does IHA have a "Recommended List"?
